Rather difficult they have a telephone interview beforehand then a face to face interview so overall you need to be really bubbly and talkative and they need to know you can talk to customers and be confident

There are 2 stages, 1 is a 30 minute call with a Friendly recruiter who gives advice in how to complete the next stage. Between 1 and 2 you have to do an online personality assessment.
