I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at WSP (Markham, ON) in Mar 2020
Interview
They basically ask about your precious experience and your autoCAD skills, whether you had client facing experience or not. They would also ask about what kind of projects you have done and if you prefer other types of projects. It is generally straightforward and simple. No technical questions.
Very casual, easy going group. Had lunch with them a couple times to discuss job/responsibilities. Didn't end up being a fit but very nice group. I Would Recommend to others.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WSP (New York, NY)
Interview
Had three interviews, all of which went well. I enjoyed sharing my experiences and how I would contribute to the firm. The interviewers were very pleasant and it felt like a great fit. I was ghosted after the third interview. No response from the staff that interviewed me, including the recruiter after reaching out repeatedly. Why not just tell me I didn't get the job? Incredibly unprofessional on their part.
