Had many calls from their talent acquisition, collecting data and saying they want to proceed forward saying they will get to the second interview and the process stops their for no reason.
first of all, fill in a form with your basic information and personal profile. Second, you may interview with the technical team leader first and then the department head. Do not trust the salary that they promised you during the interview, HR department will call to negotiate with you, need to stand firm.
