Standard interview questions and then a time management exercise that you could prepare for prior to the interview. Offered a permanent part time position before even starting the temp job. Being friendly and relaxed I think gets you a long way with this company.

Have a group assessment with 4 people in a group when we have to discussed 4 sceneraio based questions. Need to talk to how to deal with the customers and provide good customer service etc

They give us 4 sceneario based question and we have to discuss how to tackle them. This includes customer who want to give a gift to her husband but do not know what to give.
