Fast and easy, there were two people present in the room. I was asked a few questions s and was finished in about 30 minutes. I left feeling positive about the experience.

Tell me about your experience teaching previously.
There is an online application that is filled out and submitted. Then I was contacted to set up a Zoom or in-person interview. At the interview, I met with a panel of interviewers consisting of members of the administration team, someone from the grade level, and reading specialists/interventionists.
1 interview, heard back the following week. Very thorough interview with scenario based questions. It lasted about 30 minutes. Clear communication on what the next steps would be and when I would hear back.
Th interview process was very easy. They communicated well and gave me the opportunity to talk with current employees. The onboarding process was smooth as well. They also answered a lot of my questions and offered a tour of the school on my second interview.
