Interview
I was interviewed by a panel of teachers. Everyone was very kind and did their best to make me feel comfortable while asking me meaningful questions about the position. I would say the interview lasted about an hour and I received a response and helpful feedback with in the next three days. As far as interviews go, this one went well.

They asked about my previous experiences and how i handled various situations that would typically come up.
There is an online application that is filled out and submitted. Then I was contacted to set up a Zoom or in-person interview. At the interview, I met with a panel of interviewers consisting of members of the administration team, someone from the grade level, and reading specialists/interventionists.
1 interview, heard back the following week. Very thorough interview with scenario based questions. It lasted about 30 minutes. Clear communication on what the next steps would be and when I would hear back.
Th interview process was very easy. They communicated well and gave me the opportunity to talk with current employees. The onboarding process was smooth as well. They also answered a lot of my questions and offered a tour of the school on my second interview.
