Interview
The store manager called me the same day that I applied. I couldn't go in for an interview right away because I go to school, so that delayed the process a bit. When I went in for an interview, I was hired on the spot. We set up an interview and I had to call the day before to confirm that we would still be meeting. I came in a half hour early to complete the skills test. The manager was very friendly and seemed to be understanding and flexible about going to school part time when working there.
Focused on customer oriented skills - desired you to have a PTCB certification - interview itself was very minimal, more just basic questions about yourself and it seemed like you were going to get hired from the start even without the interview.
It took 15 minutes, went very smoothly as the person interviewing me made sure I was comfortable and it was not awkward. I recommend working here if you are a student looking for part time work

How do you work with customers/patients in a difficult situation
The interview process was quick and to the point. Expectations were set. However manager was trying to sway me on a different position than what I was applying for leaning more towards the beauty counter just because I was a female.
