Interview
The interview was basic and very easy. It consisted of basic questions - why do you want to work here, talk about past experience and thats it.
Super easy, not intimidating, you just interview with the store manager.
There was only one interview required after filling out the online form. I spoke with the store owner/manager and heard back quickly. A drug test is the next and final step.

Asked questions about communication, examples of challenges.
It was simple and easy. The store manager promptly followed up with me and scheduled an interview that consisted of normal interview questions. I then moved into the onboarding process.
It was very easy and laid back, I still dressed the part but the location mostly hired young adults and high schoolers anyways, so the bar was not super high to begin with.
