Interview
After completing online application its very much one-to-one conversation with the manager. After having the conversation with the manaer he asked me make a phone call within 1 week to know the appliation progress. I made a call they invite me to have another one-to-one conversation and finally they offered me the position.
There was only one interview required after filling out the online form. I spoke with the store owner/manager and heard back quickly. A drug test is the next and final step.

It was very easy and laid back, I still dressed the part but the location mostly hired young adults and high schoolers anyways, so the bar was not super high to begin with.
It was simple and easy. The store manager promptly followed up with me and scheduled an interview that consisted of normal interview questions. I then moved into the onboarding process.
