I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walgreens (Asheville, NC) in Aug 2009
Interview
Applied online. Got a call the next day, then had to go in to do their computer assessment on a computer there. The room was freezing, but staff was nice. Had an interview the next day, after which, the store manager asked if I could get drug tested. I could, and he gave me directions to a local laboratory where they did this free. When they received the results, I was called and asked to come in for my first shift.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you say is your weakest work attribute?
Tough but fair a lot of questions about simple addition and subtraction and multiplying questions about previous history doing photos and developing film. Questions about flexibility and working holiday. Questions about being under pressure.
I was called and asked to come in for an interview a few weeks after applying. It was a very typical and standard interview process. They ask basic questions you’d expect to be asked from any employer.
Was a simple interview with a few questions, not difficult at all. They were very nice about it all. I dressed well for it, Business attire and they seemed to appreciate it.
