Interview
There wasn't much of an interview. Turnover is pretty high in these stores so as long you seem competent you'll basically get the job. I started working a few days after the interview. There is a ton of on the job training so there's really nothing to be nervous about.
There was only one interview required after filling out the online form. I spoke with the store owner/manager and heard back quickly. A drug test is the next and final step.

It was very easy and laid back, I still dressed the part but the location mostly hired young adults and high schoolers anyways, so the bar was not super high to begin with.
It was simple and easy. The store manager promptly followed up with me and scheduled an interview that consisted of normal interview questions. I then moved into the onboarding process.
