The interview was very short and disorganized. Not very relevant questions pertaining to the job or responsibilities. Interviewer wasn’t at all invested and kept confusing the application position. The end result was being told that I was over qualified for the position they had agreed to interview me for despite all of my information being included in the application.
There was only one interview required after filling out the online form. I spoke with the store owner/manager and heard back quickly. A drug test is the next and final step.

Asked questions about communication, examples of challenges.
It was very easy and laid back, I still dressed the part but the location mostly hired young adults and high schoolers anyways, so the bar was not super high to begin with.
It was simple and easy. The store manager promptly followed up with me and scheduled an interview that consisted of normal interview questions. I then moved into the onboarding process.
