Interview
Had an in person interview. Met with assistant manager and store manager. Very straight forward interview. They each asked questions and engaged with me upon my answers. It was very much a conversation more so at times.
There was only one interview required after filling out the online form. I spoke with the store owner/manager and heard back quickly. A drug test is the next and final step.

Asked questions about communication, examples of challenges.
It was very easy and laid back, I still dressed the part but the location mostly hired young adults and high schoolers anyways, so the bar was not super high to begin with.
It was simple and easy. The store manager promptly followed up with me and scheduled an interview that consisted of normal interview questions. I then moved into the onboarding process.
