I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart in Apr 2012
Interview
There was a behavioral interview asking the following type of questions. Tell me about a time when you had to get someone motivated to do something? What tools did you use? what was the outcome? I am not very comfortable with these types of interviews. It would be best to prepare a set of possible answers to these types of scenario questions. If you are a person that don't have experience with behavioral interviews, it would be best to prepare answers to these types of questions ahead of time.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to share information with someone or train someone to do a task. What tools did you use? How did you accomplish that goal?
The process was very easy. Asked basic questions. I’m not sure if they pay much attention to your scheduling needs, however. Just answer honestly, and you will be fine. If you do have any scheduling issues, be sure to tell them so they can adjust your schedule if it suits their needs.
Group interview, with 3 other candidates and 2 interviewers.
Interviewers were friendly, asked behavioral questions, availability and so on.
Also asked about the aspirations and why choosing this company. Also had to describe scenarios and how you handle them.
