Interview
The interview was a one on one with the Department manager. I got taken to the back by a manager and sat down in the back office and then proceeded with the interview.

When was a time that you made a mistake during work, and what did you do?
Very easy and straight to the point. Question about previous experience related to the role, or situations where you’ve had to multitask or under slight stress etc… What kind of hours you would like to work all that good stuff.
Pretty simple interview with basic questions. I Applied online and then received a call to schedule an interview and was hired within three days. Basic questions like tell me about yourself, problem solving, ability to perform the job, and customer service experience.

Interview
Very easy, they brought me to their office and just asked me pretty typical interview questions. After the interview was done, I got the job offer and accepted. After I accepted, I then got a tour of the department I applied for.
