I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Glendale, CA)
Interview
If your resume makes it through the screening you'll get to the Hirevue stage which was about 4 questions (2 takes allowed and your second take is automatically submitted) - this stage took me about two weeks after submitting online. After that I waited about another two weeks to get reached out to again to schedule a team interview. No technical questions just a casual walk through of my resume and a talk about what the role entailed. Unfortunately though did not get the offer -- very hard to compete for roles if you never had DCP/theme park experience. Very kind interviewers though so I had a good time! Heard back really fast afterwards though so at least I was not left wondering for long.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Resume walk through and was just a casual conversation about my experiences and interests and how they would align with the team.
Phone call with a recruiter, then online interview with the hiring managers, and a final online interview with the Director
Asked basic questions and questions specifically related to the job description
The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
It was enjoyable to have a convo with them and they seem friendly. questions asked were relevant and not too difficult to answer. mostly about experience and the company etc
