The interview process included iniatial phone screens with recruiter and hiring manager. Within a couple of days, I knew whether or not I would be asked to come in for in-person interviews. The onsite interviews was about a 1/2 day in length and consisted of 1:1 interviews w/ peers, technical/engineering, business partners. The questions were primarily functional (tell me a time when you did x) or behavioral (how would you handle a difficult colleague). PM role questions are focused more on assessing the process, communication, and organizational capabilities over technical acumen (you aren't expected to code).
