I applied online and experenced two steps.
1. They online programing web site, two hours, 3 questions. The problems were not very difficult. They were about basic data structure, like link implemented by array; tree, etc.
2. Face to face interview in their office.

Interview
Had to complete an online C++ test on some relatively easy challenges involving basic data structures. Next step was an on-site interview consisting of a short behavioral interview followed by a longer technical interview. Technical questions were mainly about past work, the C++ language and some practical questions involving code. No full whiteboard coding test.
