I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Warner Bros. in Sep 2015
Interview
The first part of my interview was a phone call with someone from HQ in Burbank, CA. She was incredibly nice and truly seemed like she wanted me to get the job. She forwarded her notes onto the office I would be working for, in order for them to determine if they wanted to interview me further. When they decided they did, I sat in front of a panel of three people and was interviewed by each of them.

Interview
There are three stages. First, you get an email that verifies your minimum qualifications (age, reliable transportation, etc) and then you set up a phone interview.
Phone Interview: This part of the interview is where the recruiter wants to narrow down a pool of potential candidates.
In-Person Interview: If your recruiter think you are a good fit they push your resume to one or more departments that are looking for interns. If you are selected, you will be called in for an in-person with the potential department that you will be working with.
