Very unprofessional process. They are very unresponsible, require you to take a long skills assessment that is only tangentially related to the job duties only to hit you with a low ball offer. Worth applying if you are desperate, avoid otherwise.

Interview was easy, they asked standard interview questions. You don't need experience you just need to sound confident and be willing to learn. Their were about 6 people interviewing me and each person asked a question.

The interview process was so amazing , The recruiter Dan was very friendly and welcoming over the phone during my interview. I was later offered another interview in person with a panel of 3 people . It was a very professional atmosphere. The managers was very knowledgeable about the company as a whole. I felt very comfortable talking about my work history and the experiences relating to my work ethics and handling any past conflicts, They were happy to answer any question that I had and also I was giving a tour of the company working areas. for the most part I like the way Dan followed up with me regarding my interview , that showed me that he cared about my opinion. This will be a great company to work for and it gives me a upscale professional vibe that I will appreciate.

Contacted via email. Then phone interview. Then face to face interview. The interview will be 20 minutes long and you will be asked to describe your work experience. The process itself is not stressful and you are able to talk freely.

My manager interviewed me and hired me same day... it was easy interview and it went smooth and I was made to feel comfortable. After speaking with panel I was asked a series of questions on my background, my experience and I was given an opportunity to tell a little about myself. I gave my experience and what I can bring to Webtpa. I left and within an hour or so I received a call welcoming me aboard to Webtpa.
