I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Downingtown, PA) in Aug 2013
Interview
I applied online in June got called back last week. The Hiring Manager asked me a few questions over the phone then told me they were having a hiring day coming up and wanted to know if i was able to come. I told her I could and was given a time to come. I wore a Black and white peplum top and black dress pants. I interviewed with the Hiring Manager i spoke with on the phone and she was extremely nice. After she asked me about 40+ questions she asked me if i had time for a second interview. i told her yes. so i waited around to interview with the store manager which was about 10 minutes. thats where things started going downhill. For some reason i was extremely nervous and kept having him repeat the questions. his were much harder then the other ones.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a long list of tasks to do and how you handled it.
2 phone calls asking about schedule, availability, other scenario questions. Recruiter was nice - mostly asked about working through the year vs. only the summer. Mostly the normal behavioral questions you'd expect.
