I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Woodbridge, VA) in Sep 2012
Interview
Lengthy and they can miss great people.
Overall you sink or swim during interviews.
You start with an online application.
You have a phone interview with HR that THEY will call you for , it doesn't hurt to follow up i suppose but truthfully the do read your application.
You have an in person one on one , occasionally they will bring a front end manager.
Most of the time you must wait for them to call you back so they can offer it to you and tell you pay.
