Very engaging! I interviewed with nine people from different levels at the company, including of course the people that I would be supporting, and I felt like I was having conversations rather than being grilled. Really felt welcomed by the company every step of the way!

Long, thoroug process. Interviews weren’t with the team I was going to support but with admin managers and other admins. Straightforward, skill and personality questions. Felt fair and reasonable to me.

Interview
Applied for the position and received a phone screen within a couple of days and then got scheduled for a in-person interview within a week of applying. Their Recruiter reached out to me, and was very communicative, giving me a schedule for the interviews. I met with the two administrative managers and a current executive assistant on the team for 30 minutes each. The whole process was fast but smooth with no hiccups.
