Applied for position, took online test. Two weeks later received email for phone interview, phone interview constant of star questions Passed phone interview was asking to come in for F2F interview sat with a panel of 4 Managers was hired on spot at interview. Started two weeks later.

It was a phone call pretty quick and simple, asked about my availability and tell me about a time you had to deal with an upset customer. Tell me how you multitask and work with different computer screens.

easy, had 1 interview and 1 phone screening. The questions with hiring manager were at STAR based questions. The phone screening had a few questions but not too much. It was an easier interview but the 1:1 I was kind of nervous. Both interviews were over the phone.

I went through agency so they call you and set up a phone interview and the person that interviewed me is very helpful and guide me through the whole interview.
