Internally posted for 21 positions within Wells Fargo for the same position I was in and was offered 1 interview and was declined for the position as they had other qualified candidates.....after 21 years with the bank and 7 years doing this same job position. I should not have had to interview. Wells Fargo should have offerend me a transfer. My customers loved me, respected me and trusted me.
One phone interview and one in person interview with two people that ask three questions each, requires very specific answers use the Star method when preparing for interviews to have full answers

First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.
