Interview
Group Interview. One other person interviewed with me. The district manager sat in during the interview and the interview took the form of a presentation /Q&A. We were drilled a couple times on the answers we provided, prompted to go into further detail regarding the specifics of our experiences.
Phone Interview - typical interview questions, including situational (STAR Method) questions while learning more about the position. Lasted about 15 minutes with easy to average difficulty level. This is the first of two interviews.

First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.
