I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Applied through campus recruiting, got a call for a phone interview a few weeks later. Pretty standard interview, 4-5 behavioral questions all about your experience and your role in a team, as well as obstacles you faced. Very friendly and average 30 minute phone interview. Had the chance to ask questions at the end. Interviewer was experienced consultant and shared some of her story. Got an email 2 weeks later for on-site final round interview, all expenses paid.
Investment banking (IB) interviews are rigorous, multi-round processes focusing on technical proficiency, behavioral fit, and high endurance. They typically start with screening calls followed by multiple, 30–45 minute one-on-one interviews with junior and senior bankers (Associates, VPs) designed to test your finance knowledge, mental stamina, and ability to handle intense pressure.

Q1: Tell me about yourself and what is your motivation in this role
Q2: Tell me about a case when you have limited information
The interview process was quite easy. For the CBO role, I had 1 hirevue and 1 interview with a team member. I felt the process was easy and enjoyed meeting people on the team.
