Fairly easy and simple. Offered the job and accepted. I was employee for 4 years with the company. Great working atmosphere and coworkers. Every one got along well and made work enjoyable

The Job Interview involved 2 levels: a phone interview and if passed an interview with the branch and assistant branch manager. Asked several situation questions. Typically should hear back within 3 weeks.

Name a time when you had to make a decision and a supervisor was not there, how did you handle the situation.
Smooth process with easy questions about previous experience. Open ended interview questions and patient hiring team. Most experience needed is being a previous teller in a financial institution. Although, I think a credit union would suffice as well.
