Interview
I interviewed with Wells Fargo at a conference. The interview went alright. It was more of a recruiter conversation to find out what the best fit will be for you at WellsFargo. The recruiter recommended a position which I applied for immediately but I did not hear back from them after that. The interview experience served as a practice for me at the end of the day.
It was a pleasant interview process. Interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to. there were 3 interview rounds total. They asked questions you’d expect on behaviorals and technicals side.
It had three rounds technical which is tricky. Pls prepare well for that. On DSA and architect. Even in managerial round also it has technical. All are complex and Java oriented.

Online application which was then screened, the next stage is being informed by the hiring team and HR they'd like to have you in the process, which included a general assessment that stimulates a similar task that can be undertaken in the role. Followed by an in person interview
