Horrible. First they send you s stupid plum assessment. Then they send you a one way modernhire interview. How disrespectful is that? If you are interested in a candidate, call them. Don't send one way interviews. Anyway, I complete all the steps and then the recruiter ghosts me. Never apply to this comany!
