Starts with online coding challenge, a lot of tricky edge cases need considering. Then a quick chat with the recruiter. An in person interview during campus career fair. A second interview over the phone. Onsite interview in their Seattle office, consists of 4 rounds in 1 day. Overall, I feel they focus more on how you approach problems and how you communicate your logic over finding the optimal solution right away. They respond within 2-3 days after each round of interview, and the process is pretty transparent. I got 2 weeks to consider the offer.

I received an online coding challenge via HackerRank. I spent a significant effort making sure it passed the edge cases. I went further, explained the code in comments and refactored it as well. No response. Not even a rejection. I sent a couple follow up emails and still nothing. Do not waste your time taking this challenge. It's not trivial and they don't even have the courtesy to respond. Spend your time studying or anything else productive.
