I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner in Apr 2015
Interview
Got an email from the University saying Whiting-Turner is coming for an info session. Went over, watched their presentation, talked to the recruiter, and submitted resume. After a week, received an email from the recruiter asking to schedule an interview. The interview was held at the Career Center and consisted of typical questions such as Why Whiting-Turner? etc. After about another week, I was contacted by the recruiter again to come into their office for a second interview. The interview process took three hours and was spent one hour per Project Manager. The questions were somewhat challenging compared to the first interview. They asked What I would do under this situation? etc. Anyways, a week after an unorthodox interview, I was given an offer.

Smooth overall. Group interview with a PE and two PM's. Asked a little bit about my experience. Mostly explained what they did as a company. Everyone was very relaxed and it was an upbeat environment.
