I had a panel interview, which is somewhat intimidating to be interviewed by a group of 5-10 people, but if you know it's coming, you can be prepared. I made sure to bring enough resumes for each person, and made it a point to make eye contact with each over the course of the interview. It's hard to know where to look, but making sure your attention is on the person asking the question is important, then looking around the room and making comfortable eye contact with each person on the panel helps keep everyone engaged.
