Assessment with multiple choice questions around the basics of work environment and you would handle certain situations. followed by Phone Interview with the hiring manager. Hired after a brief phone interview.
They took a month to call me for an interview but if they do you are most likely hired. Remember to be on time, and although there is no dress code, wear appropriate clothes

There is no interview process for it, just an email with the welcome offer document. All that is required is submitting the application and the assessment that must be taken.
