Interview
I filled out an online application and was email an offer about 2 days later. After accepting the offer, I just filled out paperwork that needed to be done and was given my first day for training.
Quick and simple questions about customer service and experience. Casual, conversational setting and mostly chatting with me and getting to know about me. I was interviewed by one team leader and not a panel of managers.
They took a month to call me for an interview but if they do you are most likely hired. Remember to be on time, and although there is no dress code, wear appropriate clothes
