I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wiley in Nov 2023
Interview
I applied online and HR reached out for a screening call. They set up an interview with the hiring manager for the following week. I had that interview and was told that I'd receive the next steps the beginning of the next week. Then they just ghosted me. I sent a follow up email to HR but didn't any response. It's fine to not make it to the next round, but it's usual to at least receive an automated email stating that I'm no longer being considered.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wiley (Hoboken, NJ) in Apr 2023
Interview
Quick and efficient. Extremely transparent process and the information I needed was provided right from the beginning.
The HR Manager was professional and easy to talk to. A couple of rounds of interviews including a short presentation to the hiring manager and other members of the team. The right fit in the team was important to them which was nice to see. Flexibility when scheduling interviews and feedback/an offer was made pretty quickly after the last round of interviews.
