Overall satisfactory
Panel was a good mix of senior and middle level management
Focus on Communication and Interpersonal Skills rather than Technical or Functional Expertise
Sufficient time to question the panel
Good process with three levels of interview L1 technical, L2 technical + managerial and then HR discussion. The role was for a Java Developer with SBI client. The question difficulty was easy to moderate.

Interview
Interview process was very smooth, there were four rounds, first two rounds were technical and the third round was client round. Last one was HR discussion. Interviewers were very nice, they were very clear about what they need from you.
