Interview
Standard interview process. I went by reference, so I had got a call. It was phone interview. Was asked the background, the reasons for leaving the current company, how i can contribute the Wipro, why and why not type questions.
Good process with three levels of interview L1 technical, L2 technical + managerial and then HR discussion. The role was for a Java Developer with SBI client. The question difficulty was easy to moderate.

Interview
Interview process was very smooth, there were four rounds, first two rounds were technical and the third round was client round. Last one was HR discussion. Interviewers were very nice, they were very clear about what they need from you.
