I went through a very lengthy automated first stage where I had to film myself talk and solve a number of coding questions. I estimate it took me at least 2+ hours. After I submitted that they completly ghosted me and ignored my emails, this happened last year (2024).
They do one sided video recording interviews. I asked for an extension because I was traveling they first said it was okay then they said I missed the deadline but at the end I was able to do the interview. Very confusing communication from their side.
The interview was over Zoom. It was a good conversation, and the interviewer was easy to talk to. In my opinion, the interview went well. Great company and would recommend.
