The process took approximately 2 months.
1st Step: Application and cover letter.
2nd Step: 30 minutes phone interview to go through Job Role interpretation and CV.
3rd Step: Assessment around your professional skills related to the job role.
4th Step: 2 Interviews at TransferWise HQ in London with Product Manager and Digital Marketing Managers.
5th Step: 2 Interviews at Transferwise with hiring manager and Director of Marketing Department.
At TransferWise people are great. I was very impressed by their attitude and intelligence. I enjoyed every single moment of the interview process. However, it's very challenging process. You would need to show initiatives, proactivity, engagement and a deep knowledge around the role you applied for. You need to bring something new and probably unconventional. You need to convince them that you are able to bring new value as they already have valuable people. I am sure they got the right candidate.
Hope to apply for another position in future that can be better fitting with my working and academic experience.
