For our Project Lead roles, team members are both coordinating projects and doing a fair bit of the actual project work too, and we've found that experience with the technologies we're working on is essential for success in the role. We do have a compensation philosophy to ensure we're treating candidates fairly and in-line with the markets in which we operate, but also understand we may not have explained it well.
