Terrible indeed , I was told they like to keep salary low to allow for job advancement . Interesting way to justify being cheap . I felt discriminated after interview and even reported to ceo . He did not care in any way

We do have a compensation philosophy to ensure we're treating candidates fairly and in-line with the markets in which we operate, but also understand we may not have explained it well. Thanks for highlighting our need to improve in that area.
