The recruiter reached out to me and set up an interview for the following day in the morning. The next day 30 minutes before the interview was supposed to start, they emailed me and said they are going in a different direction. From the looks of it, it doesn't seem they want to hire anyone. They might be stringing people along with fake job postings to collect people data

process took about 1 month during pandemic. recruiter found me on indeed because of my resume. we had a phone chat/ interview and i waited for a week. Then i had to do a test about customer service and some property management information. the test was about 2 hours. after that, i did a zoom meeting with the managers. 1 hour interview
Interview process was pretty generic. Customer service related questions and action based questions. Panel interview with two rounds. Brush up on your problem solving tactics and you’ll be fine. 30 word limit

It typically involves several over complex stages, with a focus on both in-person, remote, meeting multiple people. Overall fine, but long winded. Would recommend a lot of time researching account principles and the company.
