I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Yelp (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
1) Brief 20 min call with a sales recruiter. Pretty typical first round questions like (tell me about yourself, tell me about a time you failed, etc.)
2) Group interview a few weeks later with a recruiter and two candidates. It was via skype. They had us introduce ourselves and watch a quick video and react to it.
3) Individual interview after the group skype, but on the same call. Asked behavioral questions, but also asked me to sell him something
4) Another individual interview
I am still going through the interview process and staying in contact with the team while completing each step, learning more about the opportunity, and waiting for the next update.
There was a screening with a recruiter, then scheduled for a back to back interview with 2 different people. The first one seemed to have no interest in doing the interview, the second person was very nice.
Interview with recruiter went well. Was a quick get to know you, get to know your skills and mindset, etc. Next interview with hiring manager went well, I thought, but I wasn't invited to the next stage so obviously it didn't go as well as I had hoped.
