Phone interview so it is quick, around 20 minutes or less but many questions relating to your social media and event planning experiences. It takes around less than 4 weeks to from submitting application to knowing the result.

Interview
Three round interview. One phone call with HR. Then second is an assignment. Third round is through google meets with the Community Manager. Very supportive throughout the way and very transparent.
Apply online and then you get a quick response. Overall simple process. 2 behavioral interviews with the CM and colleague. Virtual and possibly one in person, depending on the CM. Typical questions and about 30 minutes long.
