I was approached by a recruiter, expressed interest in the role, and the screening interview followed.
Then there was an in-depth interview with the main person I would work with, who was explaining the details of the role wrt. the company's overall evolution.
Four rounds of on-site interviews ensued, each of them had 2-3 people present (a senior team member and some junior ones).
They included situational problem solving, analytical round, behavioral round, and data labeling guidelines development.
There was always space for my own questions and even if I did not know the exact answer, the interviewer was very helpful and non-judgmental.
