Just a chill talk. Mostly common sense questions. Formal environment but friendly people. They did mention it was formal attire which I don’t understand considering it’s not customer facing. That was a blocker for me but other than that everything seemed fine
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Your Move (Telford, England) in Dec 2024
Interview
Good interview, fair price, good commission. Lovely team to work for made you feel at ease. Brilliant training system, fair management, OTE discussed and explanation of schemes. Taught about mortgages and finances
Applied online. Been contacted by the manager then recruitment person to arrange interview. The interview itself very informal. Based on questions asked, they didn't even botherd to look into my CV. Made me feel unsuccessful already. After that got an invite to a second interview. It was based in different location. Took approx 15 mins- much less than travel there and back. Again, extremely informal and same questions asked. As expected, no-one even had decency to call and advise that I was unsuccessful. Only automated, script email landed in my spam.
