The Interview Process starts by a case study test the case study involves making bonus plans. The case studies was related to sales force management and by giving sales & marketing solutions. You have to use your statistical and analytical skills here. After giving the 30 mins test, you will need to go for the case study interview which also takes about 30-40 mins , in which we have to explain the approach we used in the case studies and how we get to our results. After Clearing the Case Study Interview , you need to go for the Personal Interview Round with the HR.

First there is an online assessment round where numerical analysis and verbal reasoning is tested > case writing and interview where you get a case study that you have to solve in 30 mins and an associated interview is conducted afterwards where you discuss your answers > Final interview (EBI +Fit) this is the final round which i am yet to attend but is a behavioural round where you'll be probed on the specifics of your resume and some guesstimates, brain teasers may be asked.
