I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ZS Associates (Calicut, Kerala) in Sep 2015
Interview
Involves a written test which is not so difficult. Then there will be a round of screening and if you make it through there's a case interview where you will have to solve a case study by yourself on paper and this is followed by a one-on-one case interview, where you just walk the interviewer through your thinking process of the case. After another round of screening here, you will face a behavioral interview which will include review of your resume, some puzzles and some guesstimates (which can get tough) and that's it!! Cheers!
3 rounds, back to back interview. A case analysis and several normal behavioral questions. The interviewer was nice and he walked me through the whole case as I got stuck

Interview
They asked around 8 questions and all of them were situation based questions except for one analytical question. We had a time of 1 minute to think and had to tell our answer within 3 minutes. The interview experience was very good

Interview
I applied through my university. The whole process was very quick. There were three back to back interviews, one behavioral, one unstructured and one structured case. Not too difficult. There were many "tell me about a time" questions.
