Interview
1. Written test conducted by AMCAT to test your Verbal, Quant, LR & DI skills.
2. Case study to test your DI and analytical skills followed by a case interview based on the solution provided by you.
3. Behavioral Interview including general HR questions (Why are you leaving your current employer, Why ZS, and so on), questions from your CV based on your profile & a 'Guesstimate' question (What could be the total length of roads in Gurgaon, How many traffic lights could be there in Delhi, and so on) to test your common sense and how sensible the assumptions you make to reach the answer are.
4. Principal interview is more like a general discussion regarding your work, family, anything extra-ordinary which you have achieved. Generally a formality in most cases until you stay confident and converse well.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
