Round 1 was online test, testing quantitative ability and logical reasoning with a few video questions on behavior and guestimates.
Round 2 - case study and interview
Round 3 - telephonic interview (HR + puzzles and guestimates)

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
